Bidnet Auctions ensure a plain and simple approach is in place to buy at Machinery and equipment for your business at a fair Price.

To ensure your kept up to date with our upcoming auctions or Assets and equipment we are appointed to sell- register for free.

We want to ensure there is as little complications and obstacles in place between you and the equipment you want to get your hands on.

Auction Registration Requirements

To begin bidding you must have registered for a Bidnet Auctions account, and once you have registered and activated the verification email we send your ready to pick your auctions.

You must then register for each individual auction, as the terms and collection terms will change, you just need to be approved by the auctioneer to bid therefore we require a minimum deposit (purchase value and Auction dependant) which is refundable in the event no purchase is made or, full payment for purchased lots is made by Bank transfer.

Bid Online

1. Register for an account and then 'Login',

2.Go to any of the auctions you must click to register and Pay a Bidders deposit Credit Card or Bank Transfer (Refunded if no Purchase made) at each auction,

3. Once approved and if the timed auction has started you can start bidding or if you have previously saved specific items in 'My Items' and click ‘Bid now!' next to the auction on the auction calendar. If you would like to place a bid at the current asking price, click ‘Bid, or some auctions may allow you to insert a maximum amount and the system will bid on your behalf up to .' The message "Bid Accepted – " will appear.

Live Auctioneer Onsite Auction (Only if available Auction Dependant)

Once auction day arrives, You can either Bidonline or Go to the Auction site (If it does not sate in the auction detail that it is Live Auctioneer onsite auction is taking place then you cannot attend you must bid online only), Pay a bidders deposit (£1000 but may vary acording to auction) to Obtain a bidder number and Catalogue from Bidnet Staff, You must show your Bidding number to the auctioneer if you are bidding, if you are the highest bidder then the lot will be sold to you at the final drop of the hammer.

Get involved with PreBidding, many items start accepting PreBids up to 5 days before the auction ends. Place an online PreBid for how much you're willing to pay, we will bid the lowest amount required for you to win before the auction for your lot ends.

Paying for your items couldn’t be easier.

To be able to Bid on any lot You can pay your deposit by credit card or Bank transfer (Refunded if no purchase made) If Live onsite bidding is available (check auction details) no cash or Cheques accepted.

Then for final payment we only accept bank transfers for all payments, once we receive payment in full and all goods are collected your Credit card deposit is refunded, all payment information can be found on your invoice. Please visit our Payment FAQ if you have any queries or concerns.

You can collect your items on site or, arrange collection and delivery yourself. Bidnet Auctions can act as an agent to offer to help with the arrangement of collection and delivery / shipping. We can also pack containers should you require. please contact us for a Quotation.
