If you have received some items but one or more complete items are missing, please notify transport company first (include photographic evidence of items present on delivery vehicle before unloading).

I received an item damaged or parts missing

We understand this is a frustrating occurrence. Each lot will be at purchasers’ risk from the fall of the hammer, Bidnet Auctions has taken a lot of care to ensure the accuracy of the listings however, Bidnet Auctions will not accept any responsibility for missing parts or damage to the item at any stage after the fall of the hammer.

I received an item that wasn't as described

Bidnet Auctions acts as an agent, we rely on information given by 3rd party vendors. No sale will be invalidated by any reason that is down to items purchased that are perceived to be “not as described”. The purchaser assumes full risk and responsibility of the item at the fall of the hammer and no warranty will be given by Bidnet Auctions regarding the genuineness or authenticity of the goods sold.

Request to cancel a lot

Bidnet Auctions appreciates changing circumstances however, as the bidding process is an organised event with a number of interested parties each time you bid it is with intention to purchase, once bidding has ended and it is accepted the lot is sold to you, you are the new owner and there is no cancellation, return, refund or dispute period. It is the sole responsibility of the bidder to ensure full satisfaction of the item & its condition and the bidder can access funds for payment before committing to bidding for an item.

Please Note: Bidnet Auctions may be able to re sell certain lots purchased by you if your circumstances have changed. This will only be considered once you have paid in full for the lot (along with other fees / charges associated). This will all be dependent on whatever auctions will be upcoming with Bidnet Auctions.

I want to return my item

Bidnet Auctions encourage all bidders to avail of a period of time before the auction of which the items can be viewed, we also stress the importance of bidders taking the advantage of having a professional view the item before committing to bidding. At the fall of the hammer the item will be the sole responsibility of the purchaser, there will be no returns period on any of the items for any reason.
