How do I sell an item(s)?

Bidnet Auctions specialise in handling multiple items for clients wishing to sell their assets. Our staff are on site to provide professional and helpful support on whatever you wish to sell at auction. Our staff offer services such as valuations, we are on hand via phone or email to provide suitable help and guidance regarding how we can get your items to auction.

How do I get it to the Auction?

Item(s) that are to be entered into a Bidnet Auction are to be brought to our premises or transport of items to our premises must be arranged. All items have a requirement to be on site for potential bidders to inspect.

What information do I need to disclose regarding the item?

When describing the items, being honest will help ensure the price you get is fair as well as ensuring the buyer receives equipment that is as described. We only have your description to go on, Also Our Auction buyers will either be experts or Employ experts to inspect the equipment before purchase so they will be aware of faults and may reduce value based on suspect issues. So we urge all sellers to be as honest as possible when entering the item(s).

How long before the auction do I need to get all the information across?

Many of our auction events are planned weeks/Months in advance, the earlier you get your information to us, the better chance you have of successfully selling your items at the best auction to suit your assets. Please get in touch with us including all information relevant to what you plan on selling

Please note : If all the relevant information is not provided to us before the closing date Bidnet Auctions will only use the information provided before deadline or unfortunately be unable to enter your items in the auction.

What do I do if my items don't sell?

Bidnet Auctions objective is to have as many lots changed over to new owners on the day of auction. We aim (with our connections across the globe) to sell as many items as possible at the fairest price possible. With this in mind we encourage all sellers to refrain from setting a reserve on all or some of their items.

You can however set a reserve if you wish and we advise that when doing so the price is both realistic and fair to the buyer in relation to the items condition. Also identifying faults or condition descriptions can help achieve a better price.

Please note: For any unsold item there is some sellers fees + any background check administration fees.

When Do I get Paid?

Depending on the Auction Type but Typically, payment is made within 7 days of the auction removal date.

Please note: In some cases (depending on variables such as auction size / item complexity) times can vary in processing payments due to the extra time for overseas payments and removals.

How will I be paid?

You will be paid via bank transfer to your nominated account once all identity verification checks are complete.
